光学专题的各位同学们：
光电系2014年博士生光学专题答辩报告将在10月10日（星期五）、10月16日（星期四）和10月17日（星期五）进行。请同学们提前准备好答辩需要的PPT和文档等资料。PPT和报告的电子版请在答辩时间两天前发送给吴波老师（laobo@zju.edu.cn)，在答辩时，请随身准备好一份纸质报告。
报告的时间要求不少于40分钟，其它要求及各位的具体答辩时间请见附件。
由于系会议室目前尚不能预订，现暂定于下午1:00，教三338室。如有变动，将在答辩时间前20天左右通知，届时请注意关注系网上的通知。

Fellow Students.
The REPORT of "Proposal in optics" for 2014 PhD students will be held in Oct 10th(Friday), Oct 16th(Thursday) and Oct 17th(Friday). Please get documents(including PPT and WORD report, etc.) ready in advance. The electronic version(PPT and WORD, etc.) should be sent to the assistant, Mr.Wu (by E-Mail, laobo@zju.edu.cn) two days earlier, and please prepare a hard-copy version(WORD report) for the on-site report.
The report is about 40 minutes for each one, other requirement and detail information is listed in the attachments.
Due to the reservation room is uncertainty now, we anticipate the report being held at,13:00，room 338, Building 3. If there was any change, we would annouce the change on http://opt.zju.edu.cn about 20 days in advance, please pay attention to the notice.
