The Optical Engineering Post-doctoral Mobile Station was established in 1996, and its predecessor, the instrumentation post-doctoral mobile station, was one of the first two post-doctoral mobile stations established by Zhejiang University in November 1985. It covers two secondary disciplines, optical communication technology, information sensing and instruments.The subject of optical engineering has three national research bases, the State Key Laboratory of Modern Optical Instrumentation, the National Engineering Research Center of Optical Instrumentation, and the Joint International Research Laboratory of the Ministry of Science and Technology.There are currently 60 staff with senior professional titles and 33 staff with deputy senior titles, including 73 doctoral supervisors.There are 9 high-level talents such as Changjiang and outstanding young talents, and 15 national Four Youth talents; currently, the college has 61 post-doctorates, including 40 discipline post-doctorates.
