On March 18, 2021, the spring job fair for Electrical and Information Engineering graduates was successfully held on Yuquan campus. More than 200 recruiters from 136 state-owned enterprises, scientific institutions, and private enterprises came to our school to recruit talents. More than 500 fresh graduates from College of Electrical Engineering, College of Control Science and Engineering, College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, College of Optical Science and Engineering, College of Biomedical Engineering and Instrument Science, etc. attended the fair to communicate with various companies and units.
At 10 o'clock in the morning, recruiters from various companies and units were in place to provide consultations for students who submitted their resumes on the spot, and explained the development of the company, the positions that are in urgent need, benefits and salaries, and future development tracks for students. They also recommended employment positions according to the characteristics and needs of the students.
In this job fair, all enterprises and students showed great enthusiasm. After the meeting, the staff involved in the recruitment said: this recruitment fair has received many excellent students' resumes and has a clearer understanding of the students' needs. They hope that the school will hold more such recruitment fairs and more students will participate in the recruitment fair. Students attending the fair said: through zero distance communication and one-to-one consultation at the job fair, they broadened their horizons, had a more in-depth understanding of the current situation and future development prospects of the work unit, had a more profound understanding of the current employment situation and their own characteristics, and had a clearer choice of employment.
