A delegation from University of Rochester visited Department of Optical Engineering on Aug. 29th, 2011. The delegation members included Prof. Peter Lennie, Senior vice president, Prof. David Williams, Dean of College of research & development, Prof. Jonathan Burdick, Prof. Ron Hansen and Prof. Thomas DiPiero. Prof. Xu Liu, director of Faculty of Information Technology and Prof. Liming Tong, director of the Department of Optical Engineering welcomed the guests.
Both of the sides introduced themselves and discussed future cooperation possibility. The guest visited the State Key Laboratory Modern Optical Instrumentation and watched undergraduate students’ lab work after that.
