International Institute for Complex Adaptive Matter 2011 ANNUAL CONFERENCE was held on Apr. 7,2011beside the West Lake. The conference was organized jointly by the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Centre for Optical and Electromagnetic Research, Zhejiang University. Distinguished professionals from all around the world gathered together, including: Daniel Cox，David Pines，Paul C.W.
